Missouri internet crimes against children task force

Presentations

As part of our preventative effort, MO ICAC and RCCEEG officers provide Internet safety presentations to schools and associations. We also provide law enforcement officers with the latest techniques for apprehending online predators and train them to give safety presentations in their jurisdictions.

MO ICAC provides Internet safety presentations to schools, community groups, churches and organizations free of charge.  We give presentations suitable for students grades 5 through 12 as well as programs suitable for parents and educators.  If you would like to request a presentation please use the Request for Service link.

Generally we request that evening presentations be open to the public.  Once we confirm your presentation date we recommend notifying other schools, churches and organizations in your area that a presentation will be available to ensure we reach as many people as possible.

If you would like some preliminary information to begin a dialogue with your child at home, you can download a PowerPoint presentation below:

You can also download our MO ICAC brochure which provides tips for talking to your children about Internet safety.

You can participate in interactive Internet Safety Nights provided by MoreNet twice yearly.  During these interactive presentations you can ask questions and get answers in real time from a variety of agencies and other parents and Internet users.
