This camp is designed to provide children with the opportunity to learn about the duties of a police officer and a firefighter while teaching the importance of teamworks, form friendships and provide participants a positive experience. They will enjoy exciting and challenging events with the majority of the activities being physical in nature and taking place outside.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri

Camp Fury STL

July 30 - August 4

Camp Tuckaho & St. Louis County Fire & Police Academy

 

Camp Fury STL is a residential Girl Scout Camp that allows girls ages 14-18 to practice courage, confidence, and character while participating in skills related to the fire service, law enforcement, and emergency medical services. Teamwork, sound decision making, and risk taking are aspects of fire, EMS, and police services. Girls will be surrounded by females that hold these first responder titles.

National Night Out

New Melle Sports and Recreation • New Melle, MO

 

 

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. The event promotes positive relationships between neighbors, law enforcement and other first responders to build and strengthen communities.

St. Charles County National Night Out will feature interactive activities and/or hand out items for children along with opportunities to learn about first responders and what they do. Equipment, vehicles and even helicopters will be on display. Admission will be free, but attendees are asked to bring canned goods to be traded for chances to win baskets or other items. All donated canned goods will benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in New Melle.

Girls Scouts of Eastern Missouri

Shades of Green 2017

Saturday October 28th • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

America's Center • St. Louis

 

MO ICAC and INOBTR will be teaming up at the Girls Scouts of Eastern Missouri's Shades of Green 2017 conference to bring an interactive computer lab and a program written just to help the girl scouts earn their Netiquette Badge. 

 

There will also be free internet safety tips, fun giveaways, and Electronic Storage Device K9 Bonnie!
